I recently had an HVAC Lennox Furnace installed by Hvac Trust and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The team was highly professional, THANK YOU Ali! Very knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain the entire process and answered all of my questions. The installation was completed on schedule and with minimal disruption to my home. The new system works perfectly, providing consistent and comfortable temperatures throughout the house. Jackie was excellent. Not only did he provide routine maintenance but also pointed out a major safety issue with our Furnace today which was not what he was even here to service. This issue could have potentially caused serious injury. He went above and beyond. He spoke up, he saw something wrong and said something. He was also kind, patient, professional and I highly recommend him. I am thanking our lucky stars he was here today.

Jackie was excellent. He explained everything he was going to do. He was very polite and professional. He made sure to put cloths down to protect my floors and carpets and wore shoe covers as well. He showed me everything when the installation was completed. I was very happy with the work he and his co worker did for my New Furnace
