  1. Great customer service. Replaced My furnace and made sure everything worked as should. They were out the day after we called. Other companies were a three day wait. Techs were thorough and courteous. Highly recommend!

  3. What a great experience! All of the staff I spoke to from scheduling through the service were friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The maintenance visit showed a couple of needs, but there was no pressure or scare tactics to oversell it like many companies who see an older unit try. The technician clearly explained what the issues were, and I especially appreciate that transparency.

  4. Great transparent company, They did warn me that this model is a little louder. And so I can’t complain, but the elite model that they have is supposed to be quieter. So if you have the money go for that

  5. Tommy was our tech and he was really great. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He offered a few tips to help solve problems we were having outside of what he was fixing.

    I would highly recommend requesting him.

  8. The team at hvac trust was amazing. We scheduled our yearly check with them and quickly found an issue with our our furnace (it wouldn’t turn on). They sent out a senior repair/install guy to take a closer look (they did not charge me for the first visit). He was able to band aid the furnace, and said it wouldn’t last long. While we were debating fixing vs new install, the furnace started acting up again (2 days after). We decided to just a get a new furnace. With our furnace not working on a cooler day, we were worried it might take a week or so to get someone in. We were wrong.. we had someone installing the new furnace within 4 hours of calling in! The team at the office was extremely friendly, and Rafael and his team were amazing (even let the puppy say hello a few times!).

    With a headache of a situation, they made it an extremely easy and hassle free experience.

  12. I have used hvac trust over the last 3 years and the service has been fantastic. Erick was the technician who helped me out. On time, well prepared and thorough in his analysis and explanation. Very happy with the service. Looking to replace the entire heating / cooling system in a couple of months and Erick explained how to proceed, the kind of equipment I should use, approx cost range, timing for replacement etc. very clearly. I recommend using their services.

    Every year do the maintenance for my furnace. And Lennox is very good. But it is important who installs it. I saw many complains from other companies. But these guys have very good experienced guy who installed mine, his name was saman, he had 21 years experience 👍🏼👍🏼

  19. Good customer service. We had an emergency and they came out very quickly. I think we were right outside of their perimeter but because it was cold and our heating went out they sent someone to fix the issue. anthony was our technician. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and very straight forward with the issue. I really recommend this company and look forward to working with them in the future.

    I only give 4 star, because I never give anyone perfect score. But these guys were very close to perfect

  22. I like the Lennox ML296V gas furnace. I’m very impressed with this gas furnace. This product is very good and the service was superb but, the price is a little bit high but anyway. I highly recommend the HVAC Trust.

  25. After comparing furnaces through other providers I decided to go with HVAC Trust and I’m glad I made this choice. The Lennox ML296V070 is quite and distributes heat much better than the Amana builder furnace we had for 15 years. Jackie who installed my furnace did a great job and even fixed some issues I was unaware I had with my exterior piping to bring it to code. Fair price and great service we are very happy with our purchase.

The Installers were at my house right on time and made the installation process very smooth and easy for me. They completed the job in 3 hours too and tidied up the place before they left.
